Released as Galvatron II and features his original grey color scheme, it maintains the retooling from the previous year's re-issue, including the new sounds and speech. One of the phrases, "Decepticons Transform" is replaced with "You will be my servant" in Japanese of course. The included matrix is now green to match his comic book's Creation Matrix look. Also includes gold stickers to match his appearance in the TV Magazine story pages.
